Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy

we want you to love what you ordered - but if it’s not the vibe, that’s okay too. here’s how we handle returns, cancellations, and refunds at ikami.

returns

you can return an item if:

  • it doesn’t fit right
  • you changed your mind
  • or, something actually went wrong - like a wrong item, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit

you’ve got 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. here’s how:

  1. email us at hey@ikami.in within 5 days with your order number (in the subject) + reason for return.
  2. if it’s about sizing or personal preference - no problem, no judgement!
  3. we’ll approve your request (as long as the item is unused and in original condition with tags).
  4. we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (subject to courier service availability in your area). return shipping costs (flat rate: 150) are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

return conditions

  • the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • items that look worn or have makeup stains/perfume smell will not be accepted (we love that you tried it on, just keep it clean pls)
  • final approval of returns rests with ikami after a quick quality check.

exchanges

we don’t offer direct exchanges right now - but you can return your item and place a new order for the size or piece you want. fastest way to make sure it doesn’t sell out!
(if the size you want is sold out, we’ll refund you instead)

cancellations

changed your mind right after placing an order?

  • you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order by emailing us at hey@ikami.in
  • after that, it’s probably already being prepped, and we won’t be able to cancel it.

refunds

  • once your return is received and passes QC, you will get a full refund on the account you used to place the order.
  • refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of us receiving your item.
  • depending on your bank, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
